Our packages include:

1. Key Holding  - We will look after and hold as many sets of keys as you require us to. We can then use these to open your property for any guests you may have staying.

2. Property checks  - Twice a month we will visit your property to perform the following: • Security check – Make sure everything is secure and as it should be • Airing of property – It is important to circulate air through an empty property to help prevent the effects of damp etc. • Property check – We make sure that there are no little problems developing with the property. If there are, we will alert you immediately so that you can take remedial action sooner rather than later. This should prevent a little problem becoming a big one • Apartment communal area check – We make sure there are no overall problems in the apartment complex which you should be made aware of.

3. Property Maintenance  - We will help you to organise and oversee any work which you may want done at your property. Messy building work can be done while you are away, so that when you are over on holiday you can simply relax.  We offer all services in this respect from decking, fencing, building and erecting pergolas and fencing around swimming pool areas, electrical installations,  aircon installations and repairs, painting, garden maintenance.

4. General Help  - In addition to the above services, we will be on hand or at the end of the phone whenever you have any questions regarding your property.
